Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council waive the bidding, per Chapter 35.04 (c), good cause shown, and approve amending Contract #20160009 Amendment #1 for the City's Web Design with Granicus, LLC.

Background: A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued on January 14, 2016 to obtain the services to provide a re-design and hosting of the City's website and was awarded to Vision Technology Solutions, LLC on September 12, 2016. Vision Technology was purchased by Granicus, LLC in 2018. The Communications department was unsure if they wanted to extend the original agreement with Granicus given the new purchasing threshold guidelines.
