Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant, Colome & Associates, Inc, has submitted a Major Site Plan for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. The Major Site Plan includes the addition of a 13,226 square foot building to an existing 12,980 square foot enclosed assembly use building. The proposed addition will serve as the new parish hall and office building for church staff to work and provide meeting spaces for groups, while utilizing the existing building as the main gathering place for church services.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve the site plan and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan at their meeting of December 12, 2022.
Issues/Analysis: The site plan has been reviewed for compliance with the City Codes and found to be in compliance.
