2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and FDOT
3. Purpose: Approval of Resolution 23-R_ authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute an FDOT Supplemental Agreement for additional federal funds in the amount of $100,268.00, which will be added to the existing Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement amount of $344,650.00 for total FDOT participation amount of $444,918.00.

5. Duration: FDOT Contract Project End Date 12/31/2024 (unless otherwise extended in writing). Federal funds to be reimbursed quarterly, or more frequently, pending City submittal for reimbursement throughout the duration of the project.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Increases federal funding through FDOT participation in the construction phase of the project. Reduces the City's funding contribution.
