Background: On November 5, 2007, Ernest L. Pifer and Joanne P. Pifer executed a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants relative to Lots 20 and 21, Block 307, Port St. Lucie Section Two. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants encumbers Lots 20 and 21, so that the lots would be assessed as a single residential unit.

Issues/Analysis: Shawn R. Pifer, the current owner, now wishes to convey, devise, or develop Lot 21 independently of Lot 20. The total amount of administrative charges owed to the City has been paid in full. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants may now be released, satisfied, and discharged in its entirety, and a Termination of Declaration of Restrictive Covenants shall be recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk.

Financial Information: The sum of $200.00 was owed to the City of Port St. Lucie for the applicable administrative fees. Payment in full was made on January 2, 2025, was processed...
