5. Duration: The Contract period began on August 1, 2021 and extends for three (3) years ending on August 1, 2024 with the option to renew for two (2), two (2) year periods.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Provide mowing and landscape maintenance services to maintain an attractive landscape appearance throughout the City.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Total Price change for all three (3) amendments to the original Contract Amount is $63,605.90 plus the one-time expense of $10,700.00 for a total amount of $74,305.90.
