Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval for a Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat to subdivide an existing commercial shopping center parcel into two lots. One lot includes an existing Walmart and the other lot includes existing commercial retail buildings. No changes to the Site Plan are required as a result of this lot separation.
Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review committee (SPRC) on July 14, 2021.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
