Executive Summary (General Business): Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., has applied for a preliminary and final plat for a project known as LTC Ranch West Lots 328 & 329. This is the replat of two single-family residential lots in LTC Ranch West - Pod 1. The lot line between lots 328 and 329 is being shifted 1' to the west.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a short presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final subdivision plat at the May 24, 2023, Site Plan Review Committee meeting.
