Background: The City desires to replace the emergency generator at Building B with a larger unit to provide adequate back-up power to support this critical facility. The building houses several city departments and serves as the primary Emergency Operations Center for the City. The scope of work also includes an automatic transfer switch (ATS), concrete pad, and an enlarged enclosure.

An e-RFP for qualifications was issued in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, identified as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) on September 15, 2023, to 1,472 potential consultants.
