Executive Summary (General Business): KPSLB will continue providing local businesses with infrastructure to aid in the prevention of cigarette litter while promoting a litter prevention campaign using local media resources.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the grant agreement and authorize the city manager, or his designee, to execute the grant agreement and any future amendments to the same, on behalf of the city.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the motion in the affirmative.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff with direction.
Background: KPSLB has received this grant numerous times in the past. These funds have provided infrastructure for local business partners, cigarette litter prevention campaigns, and print and advertising materials.
