Executive Summary (General Business): This request is for the approval of a major site plan for an approximately 9-acre townhome development proposing72 lots with 72 units within 10 townhome buildings.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation if requested.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the major site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the major site plan.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the major site plan and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the major site plan at their regular meeting of November 12, 2025.

 

Issues/Analysis: This is a residential development within the Cashmere Townhomes PUD. The Future Land Use designation is Medium Residential (RM). The Comprehensive Plan allows multi- family use in this land use designation. The PUD was approved for 72 units.
