Executive Summary (General Business): This application is for a preliminary and final plat to adjust the property line between Lots 254 and 255.  The resulting lots meet the minimum size requirement of the Del Webb at Tradition MPUD. 

 

Presentation Information: A presentation may be provided if requested.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary and final plat.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the plat at their April 13, 2022 meeting.

Location of Project: East side of SW Sand Dollar Way, which is north of Marshall Parkway, between Village Parkway and the Community Boulevard right-of-way.
