Executive Summary (General Business): The City proposes to adopt a Resolution which amends prior Resolution 20-R91. This amendment is to remove Former Mayor Greg Oravec, and add Vice Mayor Shannon Martin, Deputy City Manager Kristina Ciuperger and Deputy City Manager Teresa Lamar-Sarno on the signatories able to authorize withdrawal of funds from depository accounts.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the proposed Resolution which supersedes and replaces Resolution 20-R91.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the proposed Resolution which supersedes and replaces Resolution 20-R91.
2. Move that the Council provide staff with direction.
Background: Resolution designating certain City officials authorized to withdraw funds from the depository accounts needs to be revised due to Former Mayor Greg Oravec resigning in June 2021. The proposed Resolution amends and supersedes prior resolutions.
Issues/Analysis: Former Mayor Greg Oravec resigned from the City, so he needs to be removed and so additional signatories need to be added.
