2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Juniper Landscaping of Florida, LLC (fka Coast to Coast Landscaping, Inc.)
3. Purpose: To provide mowing and landscape maintenance services for areas previously performed under contract #20190038 with Coast-to-Coast Landscaping Inc., which expired on May 2, 2022.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: The contract time for the contract remains unchanged and is due to expire on January 31, 2023. This contract has two (2) additional two (2) year periods.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Provide mowing and landscape maintenance services and to maintain an attractive landscape appearance throughout the City.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The additional locations will equal $54,180.00 annually.
