Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat with construction plans for 294 single-family residential lots upon approximately 158 acres and located within the LTC Ranch West PUD.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary plat with construction plans on October 13, 2021. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on January 4, 2022.
