Purpose: The purpose of this procurement is to replace the existing retractable/operable partition walls at the Airoso Community Center. The existing wall systems are in poor condition and have become increasingly difficult to operate and maintain. Replacement of the systems will provide safe, reliable, and functional room separation for the Community Center and allow the facility to continue accommodating programs, rentals, meetings, and other activities that require flexible use of the available space. This project has been approved and budgeted as part of the Capital Improvement Plan this fiscal year.

Duration: Ninety (90) days.
Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Replacement of the existing operable partitions will improve the safety, functionality, and reliability of the Community Center. The new systems will provide improved acoustical separation and allow staff to efficiently configure the facility for various programs and events. The recommended solution also provides a significant benefit by utilizing the existing Type 40 overhead track, rather than requiring complete replacement of the existing track infrastructure. This approach reduces the scope of work, minimizes disruption to the facility, and provides a cost-effective solution while addressing the City's need to replace the deteriorated wall panels.
