3. Purpose: To obtain grant funds to support the Control Structure SWW-1 Rehabilitation and the Saints Drainage Improvement Project

5. Duration: The final reimbursement request must be sent no later than sixty (60) days following the expiration date of the Agreement of December 1, 2023.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Enhanced water quality.

Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): 1) Control Structure SWW-1 Rehabilitation Project: The project's total construction cost is $561,300.69 of which $224,520.28 is funded by the City of Port St. Lucie, and approximately 60% percent, not to exceed $336,780.41, is funded through the State Water-quality Assistance Grant. 2) Saints Drainage Improvement Project: The project's total construction cost is $2,165,000 of which $866,000 by the City of Port St. Lucie and approximately 69% percent, not to exceed $ 1,299,000 is funded through the State Water Quality Assistance Grant. Annual operating costs and match requirements will be provided in the Public Works Department and Parks and Recreation Department budgets.
