3. Purpose: preserve the City's ability to secure mitigation for impacts to city infrastructure resulting from the development of Neill Farms Estates.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New
5. Duration: Through the issuance of final residential unit certificate of occupancy for Neill Farms Estates.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: provides coordination regarding development of Neill Farms Estates and secures construction of certain roadway links prior to commencement of residential development within Neill Farms Estates.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): N/A

Background: Neill Farms Estates is a proposed development under review by St. Lucie County presently. It is located to the west of Range Line Road and is a mixed-use development comprised predominantly of residential units. At this time, the Future Land Use Amendment ("FLUMA") is under review and the project as presented is reliant on proposed roads within the jurisdictional limits of the City for the connectivity and capacity to serve future residents.
