Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and potentially all awarded vendors under the Florida Sheriffs Association (“FSA”) cooperative contract, as needed.
Purpose: To purchase fleet vehicles at discounted prices.
New/Renewal/Modified: New.
Duration: Upon approval by Council through September 30, 2028.
Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Allows the City to purchase equipment.
Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditures for FY 2027 Fleet vehicles is $1,166,810.00 based on appropriations in the City’s Budget. Future expenditures will be appropriated in any future budgets.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve participating in the Florida Sheriffs Association Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract #FSA26-EQU24.0, per City Code of Ordinances, Section 35.08(a)(9)(a) (cooperative purchasing exception) with all awarded vendors, as needed.
