The property has a future land use classification of General Commercial (CG), and a zoning designation of Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed rezoning to the General Commercial (CG) Zoning District is compatible with the property's existing General Commercial (CG) future land use.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the rezoning as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Board.
