2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Classic Cuts & Fish Pond Designs, Inc.
3. Purpose: This Contract will provide the necessary preventive maintenance of all Bridges and Water Control Structures throughout the City of Port St. Lucie.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The Initial term of the Contract is for three (3) years. Additionally, the City shall have two (2), one (1)-year options to renew.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Preventative maintenance of stormwater facilities and bridges improves public safety, reduces flooding risks, and extends the life of critical infrastructure.
