Community Redevelopment Agency Project Updates

Executive Summary (General Business): Staff have been working on projects and / or activities in the various Community Redevelopment Areas (CRAs) in Port St. Lucie and will provide a brief update on key initiatives within each of the CRAs. A comprehensive update will be provided with the FY 2024/25 CRA Annual Report, which will be presented to the Community Redevelopment Agency Board on March 23, 2026.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a brief presentation.
Background: The City of Port St. Lucie has multiple Community Redevelopment Areas: Revised Original CRA (Previously Original CRA which includes US Highway One and Walton & One, as well as East Lake Village (fka Lentz Groves)), Port St. Lucie Blvd. / Expansion Area (including The Port District), and Southern Grove. CRA staff continues working on development and redevelopment projects in the CRAs.
