3. Purpose: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install sod throughout the City.

5. Duration: The initial term of the Contract is from June 1, 2025 through June 1, 2027 with one (1), two (2)-year option to renew. This Amendment #1 does not request additional time.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To keep Port St. Lucie beautiful and environmentally resilient.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): With the expansion of the service area in Amendment #1, annual estimated expenditures are requested to increase by $800,000.00 for an estimated Contract amount of $1,000,000.00 annually. Future expenditures will be appropriated in each fiscal year's budget.
