Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval for a Final Subdivision Plat with Construction Plans for one (1) road tract that is to be used to build Verano Parkway and Appian Way - and three (3) common area tracts.  When Verano Parkway is completed and connected to Village Parkway in Tradition, it will create a north-south corridor serving the area.

 

Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final subdivision plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee on February 26, 2020.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Final Subdivision Plat.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
