Staff Recommendation: Approve the annual expenditure for Contract #9531218 for the Crime Laboratory Services at Indian River State College. The City has been utilizing the Indian River Crime Laboratory since 1995.

Background: The Regional Crime Laboratory at Indian River State College provides laboratory services and evidence analysis for twelve (12) law enforcement agencies in the four (4) county areas (Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee). The annual cost is based on the usage of the collective twelve (12) agencies.
