3. Purpose: To relocate the existing utilities along Port St. Lucie Blvd. to accommodate the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Public Works roadway improvement project.

5. Duration: An additional 914 calendar days ending on 9/1/2023.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Cost and time savings by using the same design firm as FDOT and Public Works.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve Amendment #6 to Contract #20160085 with American Consulting Engineers, LLC for the design and permitting services for the utility relocation in conjunction with the Port St. Lucie Blvd. "North" road reconstruction project by FDOT.
