Executive Summary (General Business): A small-scale comprehensive plan amendment application to change .20 acres from Low Density Residential (RL)/General Commercial (CG) to Institutional (I) for property on the south side of Burnside Drive and west of Glades Cut Off Road.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board on October 1, 2019.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff with direction.

 

Background: The Planning and Zoning Board at their October 1, 2019 meeting unanimously recommended approval.
