Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed preliminary and final plat application is to provide 164 single family lots, open space tracts, and water management tracts. This will include the primary entrance to the proposed Parcel D development
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not approve the resolution and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat and construction plans at their meeting of October 12, 2022.
