2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and CHA Consulting, Inc. f/k/a Reiss Engineering, Inc.
3. Purpose: To assist both the City and the Contractor in reaching high-quality treatment goals for the Westport Wastewater Treatment Facility.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: An additional 630 calendar days for a new end date of July 11, 2028.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Advanced treatment of the effluent water will support the Utilities Systems Department's (USD) continuing efforts to meet our goals for high-quality infrastructure and environmental stewardship, as well as future proof the facility to meet anticipated regulatory changes.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $672,003.06 for a new total of $7,799,345.66.
