Executive Summary (General Business): The City of Port St. Lucie’s Community Redevelopment Agency Annual Report for FY 2024-25 has been published.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board accept the FY2024-25 Annual Report.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and approve.
2. Move that the Board provide staff additional direction.
Background: In accordance with Section 163.356(3)(d), Florida Statutes, City of Port St. Lucie Community Redevelopment Agency must file its Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-25 with the City of Port St. Lucie. The Agency’s Annual Report includes a complete (unaudited) financial statement and other information which may be of interest. Annual Reports dating back to FY 2001-02 up to and including FY 2023-24 are available for view on the City’s website.
