5. Duration: The Contract Period is for 174 calendar days.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Extension of infrastructure will serve additional lands within Southern Grove 'jobs corridor'.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The total amount to be paid by the City to the Consultant is on both a lump sum and a time and materials basis per the fee schedule in the amount of $300,900.00.

Background: The City issued a solicitation for this project in order to design the roadway and infrastructure to support continued land sales and development within the Southern Grove area that could be utilized to construct the aforementioned infrastructure
