Executive Summary (General Business): Riverland Associates I, LLLP, has dedicated two 10' X 30' mass transit easements to the City. One is located on Discovery Way pursuant to Riverland Parcel A - Plat Twelve and one is located on Community Boulevard pursuant to Riverland Parcel A, Plat One.

Presentation Information: N/A

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approves the conveyance of the mass transit easements to the City.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approves the conveyance of the mass transit easement.
2. Move that the Council not approve the conveyance of the mass transit easement and provide staff direction.

Background: Section 3 (D) of the Riverland / Kennedy Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Master Planned Unit Development (MPUD) requires the development to provide easements near the primary entrance on Community Boulevard and at the secondary entrance on Discovery Way for use as a future mass transit stops.

Issues/Analysis: This Resolution accepts the conveyance of the mass transit easements from Riverland Associates I, LLLP.

Financial Information: There is no cost to the City associated with this easement.

Special Consideration: Conveyance of the Mass Transit Easement is a condition of the Riverland / Kennedy DRI MPUD.
