Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal of high-quality infrastructure and facilities.

Executive Summary (General Business): This Resolution is necessary to facilitate the site access for the recommended west bound right turn lane from Port St. Lucie Blvd. onto Greco Lane.

Presentation Information: N/A

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Resolution accepting the Special Warranty Deed.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Resolution accepting the Special Warranty Deed.
2. Move that the Council not approve the Resolution and provide staff direction.

Background: The Greco Park, that applicant, provided a Traffic Analysis that recommended a west bound right turn lane from Port St. Lucie Blvd onto Greco Lane. To facilitate access, a special warranty deed conveying the real property to the City is necessary. The additional Right-of-Way is also needed to relocate the FPL power poles that are adjacent to the proposed right turn lane.

Issues/Analysis: The additional Right-of-Way is required for a proposed right turn lane that will be constructed by the developer and turned over to the City.

Financial Information: There is no cost to the City.

Special Consideration: The Right-of-Way transfer needs to be finalized before the FPL poles are relocated.

Location of Project: Port St. Lucie Boulevard and Greco Lane
