Executive Summary (General Business): This preliminary subdivision plat with construction plans includes 230 townhome lots, private road right-of-way, a recreational area tract, open space, landscaping, water management, and other associated infrastructure tracts upon the total +/- 25-acre property.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of this preliminary plat on August 25, 2021. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of this preliminary plat on November 2, 2021.
