Benefits to Port St. Lucie: This Amendment will allow the Contractor to keep working to deliver a highly anticipated addition to the Parks inventory.
Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $122,168.16 for a new Contract amount of $2,101,527.46.

Background: The Wilderness Trail Park project was developed to enhance recreation and connectivity within The Port District. The project includes construction of a 2.1 mile, 10-foot wide concrete multi-use trail, along with drainage improvements, utilities, landscaping, and installation of park amenities. The amenities include benches, signage, and a pavilion with restrooms. The project was designed by CAPTEC Engineering, Inc., to align with the City’s conceptual plans and provide safe, accessible, and high-quality outdoor spaces for residents.
