5. Duration: Amendment #1 adds an additional three hundred and fifty-one (351) days retroactive to the previous expiration date. The new expiration date will be October 31, 2026.

7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The cost for phase 1 is $3,013,898.00, bringing the new task order total amount to $3,073,187.00.

Background: On July 30, 2025, the City acquired the building located at 300 SW Peacock Blvd., with the intent of consolidating the land development functions from five departments into a single, centralized location.
