Executive Summary (General Business): This applicant is proposing to build four 9,000 square foot, two-story office buildings and one, one-story 14,500 square foot retail building, totaling 50,500 square feet, with associated site improvements, including landscape buffering, off-street parking and loading spaces, internal circulation, and stormwater management.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the application for site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.  

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the application for site plan approval. 

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the application and provide staff direction.
