Executive Summary (General Business): This rezoning request to change the zoning on the property from Single Family Residential (RS-2) zoning district to Professional (P) zoning district.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a short presentation at second reading.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board at their February 2, 2021 meeting unanimously recommended approval of the rezoning request.
