2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and JW Cheatham, LLC.
3. Purpose: To amend the contract due to the realignment of the road which is needed to facilitate the sale of the Costco Warehouse Distribution (Project Everest) Center.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: No additional time is needed.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The construction of the Anthony F. Sansone Sr. Blvd. will continue the overall development of the Legacy Park at Tradition Center for Commerce.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $649,544.06 is needed for the realignment of the roadway from the original plans. The new total for the project is $10,957,095.23.

Background: The City Council identified the development of the Southern Grove Master Plan to meet the goals of a diverse local economy and employment opportunities with the initiative of building out Southern Grove, as a strategic priority.
