Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board allow the new members to be sworn in at the start of the meeting.
Background: On May 8, 2023 The City Council voted to appoint Peter Spatara as an alternate member of the Planning and Zoning Board, and to reappoint Alfreda Wooten as an regular member of the Planning and Zoning Board. Before they can serve they need to be sworn in.
