3. Purpose: To provide expert security analysis to manage, monitor, respond to, and remediate threats.

5. Duration: 3-year agreement beginning November 2023 through November 2026.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To provide public assurance of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information from the City's information systems.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The three (3) year expenditure will be $131,619.49 per year for a total of $394,858.46.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council waive the bidding, per Chapter 35.08(a)(22) (sole source exception), and approve the Agreement with Presidio Network Solutions for the CrowdStrike Falcon Complete System.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve to waive the bidding, per Chapter 35.08(a)(22) (sole source exception), and approve the Agreement with Presidio Network Solutions.
