Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Resolution authorizing the acquisition of a Lot 2, Block 1662, Port St. Lucie Section Five.

Background: As the City’s population continues to grow and traffic increases, staff continues to monitor the development of the in-fill lots throughout the City to ensure that the development of these lots do not create unnecessary hazards to the existing roadway infrastructure. The vacant single family residential lot located at 784 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. is located immediately following the Port St. Lucie Blvd C-24 Canal Bridge.
