Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council Move that the Council approve the requested Termination of Declaration of Restrictive Covenants.

Background: On June 13, 1998, Mike Skipper and Deborah Sue Skipper, the previous owners of the subject properties, executed a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants relative to Lots 2 and 21, so that the lots would be assessed as a single residential unit.

Issues/Analysis: Romanoff Dominique, the current owner, now wishes to convey, devise, or develop Lot 21 independently of Lot 2. The total amount of administrative charges owned to the City has been paid in full. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants may now be released, satisfied, and discharged in its entirety, and a Termination of Declaration of Restrictive Covenants shall be recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk.

Financial Information: The sum of $200.00 was owned to the City of Port St. Lucie for the applicable administrative fees. Payment in full was made on March 31, 2025, and was processed and approved by the City's Finance Department.
