Purpose: To provide a final amendment to close out the Contractor’s work on the project.
New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
Duration: Amendment #4 does not add or remove any Contract time.
Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To close out the Contractor’s work on the project and permit the City to utilize other third-parties to complete the project.
Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The initial Contract amount was $846,741.60, and Amendment #4 reduces the Contract total by $242,715.49. If Amendment #4 is approved by Council, the new Contract total will be $604,026.11.
