3. Purpose: To amend the scope of work for Design of the New Public Works Administration Building due to the venue change from the existing site at Thornhill Drive to the new property at SW Cameo Blvd. and SW Crosstown Parkway.

5. Duration: No additional time is currently requested.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The relocation of the New Public Works Building to the Cameo site will consolidate the City's Public Works operations into a hurricane-rated facility to optimize the Public Works Department's ability to provide the City and its residents with the appropriate services in a timely manner, including those required following a natural disaster and/or weather event.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Amendment #1 adds an additional $596,800.00 for a new Contract amount of $1,735,067.98.
