Executive Summary (General Business): The owner, JI Gatlin LLC, has applied for site plan approval for a project known as Jetson Appliances at Gatlin Commons. The 2.91-acre site is located within the Gatlin Commons PUD. The proposed plans will provide for a 31,348 square foot building intended for multiple retail uses as well as a medical office.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan with conditions.
2. Move that the Council not approve the site plan.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan on July 27, 2022.
