Executive Summary (General Business): The City desires to enter into a lease amendment with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC ("Cingular"), to allow Cingular to continue to utilize the monopole communications tower.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Second Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement authorize the City Manager to enter into a Second Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement Between the City of Port St. Lucie and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Second Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement and authorize the City Manager to enter into the Second Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement.
2. Move that the Council not approve the Second Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement and provide staff with direction.
Background: The City entered into a Site Lease Agreement with BellSouth Mobility Inc. ("BMI") on or about August 4th, 1998, with an original term of five years, with four (4) automatic renewals of five (5) years each, with an expiration date of August 3, 2023.
