Executive Summary (General Business): The City desires to enter into a lease amendment with Crown Castle South LLC ("Crown Castle") to allow Crown Castle to continue to utilize the monopole communications tower.

Background: The City entered into a Site Lease Agreement ("Original Lease") with BellSouth Mobility Inc. ("BMI"), on or about August 18, 1998, for an initial term of five (5) years with four (4) additional renewal terms of five (5) years each. A first amendment was entered into on or around December 18, 2000, with BMI. A second amendment was entered into on or around June 21, 2012, with Crown Castle South LLC, extending the original termination date of August 17, 2023, to August 17, 2033. The City now desires to enter into a third amendment with Crown Castle. The amendment has an original term of August 17, 2033, with sixteen (16) additional renewal terms of five (5) years each, with a final expiration of the lease of August 17, ...
