2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Dana Safety Supply, Inc.
3. Purpose: To provide furnishing of light systems and components; aftermarket vehicle accessories, and public safety / emergency vehicle equipment and other equipment not related to vehicles.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Upon execution through July 14, 2029.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Utilize Bradford County Sheriff's Office contract to provide a wide range of products that have been competitively bid to offer the best value to the City.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated expenditures for FY 2024-2025 is $100,000. Future expenditures for projects will be appropriated in each years' budget.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve participating in Bradford County Sheriff's Office Contract #BCSO2019-01, per Chapter 35.08(a)(10)(b) (piggyback exception) with Dana Safety Supply, Inc. for the purchase of Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Specialty Equipment, Public Safety Equipment and Accessories - Parts Sales and Installation Service.
