Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)

2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Culpepper & Terpening, Inc.
3. Purpose: To provide construction plans for Anthony Sansone Sr. Blvd. Extension Phase 3 and an East/West roadway within Legacy Park at Tradition Center for Commerce.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: 150 calendar days with no option to renew.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To provide the City with construction plans that would facilitate the City proceeding with a bid and letting process for construction. The design and ultimate construction of the Anthony Sansone Sr. Blvd. will assist with the overall development of the Legacy Park at Tradition Center for Commerce.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expense of $278,450.00.

Background: The City desires to construct the Anthony Sansone Blvd. Extension Phase 3 and an East/West roadway within Legacy Park at Tradition Center for Commerce.

An RFP for qualifications was issued on March 4, 2022, to 2,934 potential suppliers. There were 5 proposals received on April 22, 2022, with 1 being deemed non-responsive. PMD held the first evaluation meeting on May 20, 2022, to review and discuss the proposals...
