3. Purpose: Construction Agreement to permit work within FDOT Limited Access Right-of-Way.

5. Duration: Construction to be completed within 365 days of the date of the fully executed agreement.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: It will provide a continuous right turn lane from the I-95 south bound off ramps to Village Parkway.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Resolution.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Resolution.
2. Move that the Council not approve the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: Improvements to Tradition Parkway are a priority for the City Council and was included in the FY 2022/23 Road & Bridge Capital Improvement Budget. This project proposes improvements for the westbound right turn lane at Tradition Parkway and Village Parkway providing a continuous right turn lane from the I-95 off ramp.
Issues/Analysis: Approval of the agreement will enable improvements associated with the Tradition Parkway Project to be completed.
